Contributor Guidelines
All Perfect Stories is founded on strong stories and trustworthy voices. If you have a love for generating important and helpful material, we encourage you to participate. Please follow these standards to help us maintain the quality of our magazine.
1. What We’re Looking For
Articles ought to be original, well-researched, human-written or highly edited and fact-verified. Commentary, insight, how-to suggestions, analysis or real-life stories. Here’s what’s new in artificial intelligence.
Content on our key topics: Business, News, Health, Lifestyle, Sports, Travel, Technology, Celebrities and more.
2. Article Requirements
Word count:
800-1500 words preferred (may be adjusted based on the nature of the article)
Originality:
Your submission has not been published or submitted anywhere else. Plagiarism is not permitted.
Structure:
- Use headings (H2 / H3) to break up content
- Use bullet points or lists if needed
- Keep paragraphs brief and readable.
Sources & Links.
- Cite data, quotes, or third-party content properly
- Add important external connections to trusted sources
- You may put a single link to your website or blog within the article text or in the author bio.
- Don’t turn the post into a sales pitch
Images:
- Provide related photographs if available, ideally royalty-free or fully licensed.
- All Images must be captioned and credit/attribution given where appropriate.
Formatting.
- Submit your draft in Google Docs or Microsoft Word
- Use a readable font and avoid long, dense blocks of text
3. Contributor Bio – E-E-A-T Requirement
Bio length: 50 to 150 words mentioning your name, area of expertise or professional job and possibly a website or social profile link.
Headshot: High resolution, square format. This helps to prove authorship and to generate confidence in the published work.
People are more likely to believe what an author with solid credentials writes, and it is more likely to rank higher in search results.
4. Editorial Review Procedures
Your submission will be reviewed by our editorial team for quality, tone and relevancy. Review timeframe is typically 1-2 business days following submission. You can ask for large or minor changes. Contributors see all changes before they are published. Once your content is accepted, it will be lined up for publication
5. Rights And Republishing
By submitting, you agree to provide All Perfect Stories with non-exclusive rights to publish the content. You may republish your content elsewhere after it has appeared here. The editing staff has the right to delete or modify links within the submitted content.
6. Ethics And Disclosure
Disclosure of affiliation: If you are writing about a product, brand or service that you are connected with, you must properly disclose that relationship inside the piece. Any promotional content portrayed as editorial writing will be rejected without examination. All data, statistics and quotes must be correct and attributed. Supporting proof may be requested by the editing team.
