1. What We’re Looking For

Content that aligns with our main topics: Business, News, Health, Lifestyle, and more.

Original, well-researched, and high-quality articles.

Insightful commentary, how-to guides, analysis, or real-life stories — not just promotional material.

A tone that is informative, yet conversational and engaging.
2. Article Requirements

Word Count: Preferably between 800 – 1,500 words. (Adjustable depending on the type of article.)

Originality: Your submission must be 100% original, not published elsewhere. Plagiarism will not be accepted.

Structure: Use headings (H2 / H3) to break up content. Use bullet points or lists when needed. Keep paragraphs short.

Sources & Links:

Cite data, quotes, or third-party content properly.

Include relevant external links to credible sources.

You may include one link to your website / blog in the article body or in the author bio, but don’t make the post overly promotional.

Images:

Provide relevant images (if possible), preferably royalty-free or properly licensed.

Caption them and provide credit / attribution where required.

Formatting:

Submit your draft in Google Docs or Word.

Use a readable font; avoid very long or dense blocks of text.

3. Contributor Bio

Provide a short bio (50–150 words) including your name, role / expertise, and a link to your website or social profile (if any).

Submit a high-resolution author image or headshot. Square images are ideal.
4. Editing & Review

After you submit, our editorial team will review your article for quality, tone, and relevance.

We may request minor or major edits; you will have the opportunity to review changes.

Once approved, we will schedule your post for publication.
5. Rights & Republishing

By submitting, you agree to grant AllPerfectStories the non-exclusive rights to publish your piece.

You may republish or syndicate your article elsewhere after it has appeared on our site. (Optional: Mention a time window / conditions, e.g., “30 days after publication” — like in some contributor policies.)

We reserve the right to remove or edit links in your content if needed.
6. Ethics & Disclosure

If you’re writing about a company / product / service you’re affiliated with, disclose your relationship clearly.

Avoid self-promotional content disguised as editorial content.

Ensure all facts, data, and quotes are accurate. We may ask for sources or proof.
7. Submission Process

9. Rejection Policy

Submitting does not guarantee publication.

We may reject submissions that don’t meet our quality standards or don’t align with our audience.

We may also ask for revisions/rework if the draft is close but not quite ready.
